Opening offsets start at the left end of horizontal walls or the top end of vertical walls. Width is the opening shown in the plan, before a product is selected.

Interior wall start points are measured from the outside top-left corner (0, 0), on each wall’s centerline. Length runs right or down.

An idea you can put on paper
Sketch it. Check it. Talk it through.
- Set the outside dimensions. Start with a shed or home example, then enter your own size and wall thickness.
- Make the space work. Choose Wall and tap its two ends. Choose Door or Window and tap a wall. Add a room label, or enter exact measurements in the side panel.
- Take the plan with you. Save a vector blueprint, download a printable PDF, or keep an editable plan file. Undo and redo let you try another idea.
Room areas follow the inside wall faces and exclude doorway recesses. Two labels in the same connected space show the same area. The door arcs show a 90° swing; they do not check clearance, accessibility or product suitability.
This tool creates a concept floor plan inside a rectangular shell. Structural details, elevations, foundations and permit drawings need a separate design review. Use the written dimensions; printing may change the drawing scale.
